Is it okay to go hiking in running shoes? Short answer: Absolutely. Long answer: Absolutely, but there are a few things you might want to keep in mind. We firmly believe in the “You do you” philosophy. Whatever shoe makes your feet happy and gets you on the trail is the right shoe for you!
