Note that Sierra only accepts its products. You cannot submit a return request for sister brand products (T.J. Maxx, Homesense, HomeGoods and Marshalls).
To receive a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition within 40 days of the order date if purchased online (including items delivered to a store) or within 30 days , if bought in a store.
Please note that items purchased from a Marshalls store can only be returned to a Marshalls store in accordance with this returns policy. Items purchased from Marshalls cannot be returned to T.J. Maxx or any of our other sister brands.
Yes. We accept returns from Sierra.com at all of our retail locations. Please bring your invoice or receipt.
In-Store Returns: Completely free to return online orders to the store. Simply return the items to your local TJ Maxx with your receipt, packing slip or shipping confirmation email.
Maxx return policy gives you 30 days. If you have a receipt, T.J. Maxx will give you a full refund back to your original payment method. Just make sure you make your return within 30 days.
How do I cancel or return my purchase? If the order has not been shipped to the retail store, the order may still be adjusted. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 1-800-713-4534. We cannot guarantee that the order can be changed.
Marshalls will accept returns on clearance sale items
Returns from clearance sale items without receipt or made after 30 days will be refunded via in-store credit.
Returns without a valid receipt or gift receipt require a valid ID (driver’s license, military ID, government-issued photo ID), name, address, and signature. Your signature may also be required.
